To Beguile a Beast [Elizabeth Hoyt]

To Beguile a Beast - Elizabeth Hoyt

I really liked the relationship between Alistair and Helen's children, since I was a little worried that he wouldn't like her children and that would have been a big problem. I'm not really sure why I was worried, really, but I was anyway.

I got a little annoyed with Alistair after he found out that Helen had been a duke's mistress. Nothing he said was really a surprise, but I wouldn't have been surprised if she'd slapped him for some of the things he said.

I spent quite a bit of this book waiting for the other shoe to drop. The parts of the book that where in the duke's point of view worried me and I knew it was just a matter of time before something bad happened.

I liked Helen in the last book, despite how little we really saw her and I was glad that she got her own book, along with Alistair who I also kind of liked in the last book.
