Hawk's Landing [Carol Lynne]
I LOVE Kit. I don't know what it is about her, but I love her anyway. I love how Hawk was willing to correct anyone that called Kit a he. She's not a he! She's a female that was born in the wrong body. Go Hawk for defending her. I don't think anyone meant to be mean about it (calling Kit male) they just didn't know that she preferred to be called female.
I think this one might have become my favorite book. Maybe it's the recency affect? I wish more people would write transgender books! Maybe I should become an author? I'm not sure I have the patience for it!
