A Darker Crimson [Carolyn Jewel]
I think this book is tied for favorite book in this series now with the other one that I read yesterday :)
Both of the main characters were likable. I hate it when I like only one of them which does happen. (I'm thinking of the Blood Ties series by Jennifer Armintrout, I hated the main male character in that series).
I had expected Holly to be half-demon even before it was said. When they first entered the portal, they were worried about Claudia dying, not Holly. That kinda gave it away.
