The Evolution of God [Robert Wright]

Once again, I wish I had some brilliant things to say about this book, but that's never going to happen!
The main focus of this book was showing how religions have evolved from being polytheistic to being monotheistic. There is also information about the history of religion, which I found quite interesting. Wright isn't really denoucing relgion (he's not insulting it as Dawkin's did in The God Delusion) but he follows the history of religion from the beginning (spire/nature worship) to the start of the Jewish faith (and the start of monotheism), to Christianity (including Jesus and what's likely completely true in the bible) to the creation of Islam (and the prophet Muhammad and how he was like Jesus and Moses, and how he wasn't). I found the history part of this book to be the most interesting.
