A Storm of Swords [George R.R. Martin]
To anyone who can write a good review for the books in this series: how do you do it?
There are so many things I could say about this book, but I think they are all spoilers. I didn't think I'd be able to read it all, since one of my favorite people died. I knew (given Ned Stark's death) that having a POV in these books doesn't save you, but I really wasn't expecting that! I had to stop reading after that and find something happier to read for a while.
One thing about Martin, he writes very well. There are people I really want to die and some I really don't want to die! I need a break after this book, so I will be reading the next one but it's going to be a while.
