Deadly Sting [Jennifer Estep]
I was really hoping the Gin/Owen drama would be fixed in this book. No such luck, but I was really hoping!
This book is mostly about one day, although there is some time before and after all the drama that is set on different days. I wasn't all that worried about Gin, since these are her books and it's a bad idea to kill off a MC, but I was really worried about the others: Owen, Eva, Finn, Phillip & Rosalyn. Gin spent about half the book seeking around, trying to figure out what was going on while not getting killed. This was strangely easy, although the bad guys thinking she was dead might have had something to do with that.
I'm really hoping that the Gin/Owen drama is fixed in the next book, since that's one of the things I've always liked about Owen: he was okay with who and what Gin is. Given the situation in the last book, I get why there's some drama, but PLEASE don't drag it out anymore than the next book!
