Review: My Stubborn Heart by Becky Wade
I find it really funny that I read J.A. Redmerski's blasphemous Dirty Eden yesterday and today I read this book, which focuses quite a bit on the MC's relationships with God. This book is Christian fiction, after all - something I'd forgotten until reading the prologue (what, I bought it in 2012!).
I don't read a lot of Christian fiction, although I've read several so far this year. I have no issue with Christian fiction, but I tend to read paranormal romance and urban fantasy more often then not and those genres don't really cross.
That said, I really liked this book. It is clearly Christian fiction without being too preachy (hate that) and I adored both of the MC. I'll admit that I liked Kate more, but we do spend more time in her head than in Matt's.
There was a little more relationship drama than I expected after they got together. I understood why, but I really wondered at some points if they were really going to get a HEA.
