Immortal [J.R. Ward]
This book as a final book in the series feel. I hadn't even considered that this might be the final book until I got about half way in. They didn't know who the soul was and they hadn't really looked but after they figured it out, it was over really fast. I guess the soul saved their self more then anything.
And then it turns out we get two souls in one book. The last soul isn't really a surprise, but it was a little at the same time. I'm trying not to spoil, here. The ending was strangely perfect. I'm going to miss this series, but I'm kind of expecting a spin off with Adrian, since that was kind of open ended.
