My Last Blind Date [Susan Hatler]
This one was shorter than I thought it was. I knew it was shorter than the first book, but we don't get to see any relationship development - Rachel and Noah were cute together, but we only really see her with a huge (she thinks hopeless) crush on him. Turns out they have more in common then she thought, his big Valentine's Day plans were watching tv with his dog. Much like hers were until she agreed to go on the blind date Elle set her up on. You'd think she'd know better after the last three!
I expected more angst then there really was, for some reason. Rachel's had bad luck with men all her life - even her high school boyfriend wasn't a good choice (hormones, what do you expect from a teenage boy?) That ends up not being a big deal, really.
I would have liked it more if we'd gotten to see some more relationship development between Rachel and Noah.
