I liked this book, but I think it was too much. I can handle Gods getting involved with mortal affairs, time travel and alternate worlds but all of those in one book was a little much. The magic in this book was a lot like the magic in the Three Sister's Island Trilogy (Heaven and Earth, Dance Upon the Air & Face the Fire), which I liked in those books and would have liked in this one if she hadn't also used glamours and charms. Please pick one form of magic and stick with it! I will be listening to the other books in this series, partly because I've already got the audiobooks from the library and partly because I do want to know what happens.
The romance was a little sudden, but I like everyone so far.
